| | HOW DO I RESERVE A CONDO? |
| | To reserve a condo please mail a check, payable to Patrick Trimble, for one half of the total rental plus half of the refundable security deposit. We will immediately mail you a confirmation with all of the pertinent information. The balance is then due 30 days prior to your arrival.

| | HOW DO I GET THE KEYS TO THE CONDO? |
| | We do everything by mail. We will mail you a full rental packet 10 days prior to your arrival which will include check in guidelines, checkout guidelines, directions to the condo,2 sets of keys and also a postage paid envelope to mail the keys back when your stay is complete.

| | WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK? |
| | Upon the return of the keys and a satisfactory report from the cleaning service we will mail your deposit within 2 to 4 weeks of your departure.

| | ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES? |
| | No. The price quoted includes all taxes, the cleaning service and beach badges.
|
| |
| | DO YOU ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING? |
| | Absolutely not! If you cannot vacation without your pet or refrain from smoking in the condo please do not ask to rent our condo.

| | WILL YOU RENT FOR LESS THAN A WEEK? |
| | Yes. We rent full weeks only (Saturday to Saturday) from May thru October. The rest of the year we will rent for full weeks, partial weeks and weekends.

| | DO YOU PROVIDE PARKING? |
| | Yes. You will have at least two assigned space at all times.
|

| | WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? |
| | All cancellations must be put in writing. All monies will be refunded if the condo is re re-rented for the same rate and time.

| | HOW CAN I PREVIEW THE CONDO? |
| | Please call 717-560-2371 and we will make arrangements for our caretaker on the island to show you the condo.

| | The condo is fully loaded with everything except linens, which can be rented. Bring your personal items, unpack, and enjoy! Our condo is right on the ocean just seconds to the beach.
